Emphatic Technologies LLC was founded by a dependable U.S. military veteran, Daniel Whitlock, with a passion for helping local businesses thrive through reliable technology solutions. After years of service and leadership, that same dedication and discipline is now applied to supporting businesses across Eastern New Mexico, Curry and Roosevelt Counties, and the Texas Panhandle — including Lubbock and Amarillo.
